Monthly subscriptions (Partner) can be cancelled at any time with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All content, templates, and training materials are owned by The HR People. Your purchase grants you a licence to use them for your business only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share our materials with third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The HR People's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, tribunal awards, or legal costs.
8. Updates to content
We update our templates and training within 14 days of any relevant UK employment law change. However, we do not guarantee that all content is current at any given moment. Active subscribers are notified of significant updates.
